Travis contacted me in regards to selling my house in Kingston. I didn't know him or anything about the company in which he works. Travis presented himself as super confident that he would sell my property in a very short time and that he would get a good price for it. He was always very helpful and very obliging. He wanted to advertise my house using a top rated photographer and in the best of websites. I agreed to this investment of an extra $1000 to get the house sold. So I paid up. However before he could arrange for the photographer and all the extras required to get a good advert happening he called me to say he had a buyer and that he would refund my investment fully. I was very happy about this. The offer on my house was lower than the recommended asking price but it was a buyer who was going to pay cash. Travis advised that this was a good thing. So I went with it. Travis kept me informed throughout the process. Everything went very smoothly and the house was sold at the agents commission of 2.2%. I was very pleased with his professionalism and help throughout the sale of my house.

When my husband and I decided to buy our first investment property, it was my job to scour the internet and drive around the surrounding suburbs hunting it down. Of the many, many real estate agents who took me through properties, Anthony Pool was the only one who actually listened to what we wanted and sourced over 7 or 8 properties for me to view.
